He's been published in the Daily Californian since 1993, during his freshman year in college, and in major papers across the country. He was an editorial cartoonist during the 1990s for the Los Angeles Times and other California newspapers. He currently is a syndicated editorial cartoonist for the Washington Post Writers Group. He is the first African American to have two comic strips syndicated nationally. He is also a storyboard artist.He attended the University of California, Berkeley, graduating with a BA in Political Science in 1999. He currently resides in Los Angeles, California.".
