He played four seasons for the Bills, appearing in 51 games from 1982 to 1985. He was diagnosed with Guillain-Barré syndrome shortly after being drafted.Upon retirement in 1986, Moore became a Genesee County, Michigan sheriff's deputy. He died of a heart attack at his home in Flint on September 20, 2009.".
