The building is well known for housing the main studios of the Fox News Channel, part of 21st Century Fox's Fox Entertainment Group. News Corp divisions housed there include Dow Jones & Company, The Wall Street Journal, and the New York Post.In 2006, Merritt Engineering Consultants was hired by Cushman & Wakefield to do restoration work on the News Corp Building. The restoration included sidewalk restoration, plaza enhancement and the installation of a new waterproofing system.".
