He also won the 1982 Saporta Cup with Cibona in the pre-Drazen era. He was nominated for the Euroleague's 50 Greatest Contributors list in 2008. Nakić works now as Cibona's sports director.Nakić collected the gold medal at the 1980 Olympic Games and the bronze medal in the 1984 Olympics. He also was part of the Yugoslavian national team that won the bronze medal in the 1979 Eurobasket.".
