Others involved included Sophia Perovskaya, Andrei Zhelyabov, Gesya Gelfman, Ignaty Grinevitsky, Nikolai Kibalchich, Nikolai Rysakov, and Timofei Mikhailov.On 15 March 1881, two days after Alexander II was assassinated, police raided the house where Sablin was living in common law marriage with Gesya Gelfman. Sablin killed himself with a revolver shot in the head before he could be arrested.".
