Her dissertation, Temperaturbegrebets Udvikling gennem Tiderne (The Development of the Temperature Concept through Time), was an in-depth treatment of the history of the concept of temperature.In 1902, Meyer founded Fysisk Tidsskrift, the Danish journal of physics.
