He served as the President of Jinnah Government College (Karachi, Pakistan) and captain of the cricket team between March 1958 and May 1961. He then attended Government Polytechnic Institute in Karachi,Pakistan from August, 1963 and December 1966 before moving to Canada in 1968.Sabih Mansoor was the chief and editor of 'Pakeeza International' an Urdu/English newspaper serving the areas surrounding Toronto. Pakeeza International is the oldest newspaper of its kind in all of North America. Along with his wife Shahtaj, he also produced one of the first & longest running weekly Pakistani Radio Programs (Milan Radio) on CJMR 1190 & 1320AM as well, as the Pakistani TV program Mehek seen on Citytv from 1986–1992.Sabih Mansoor died March 13, 2012, at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital from a heart attack. He was survived by his wife, Shahtaj Mansoor; children Nabila, Umber, Zia and Maha; and grandchildren Izzah, Zaynah, Jennah, Yaseen, and Rayna.".
