He also designed the Randolph Building at the corner of Randolph and 14th Street and 1661 Crescent Place, NW.Prior to entering his own practice, Joseph Younger wrote articles about Benjamin Latrobe's Brentwood, and had other contributions to the journal Architecture.Joseph Younger committed suicide on May 16, 1932, in his apartment in Tilden Gardens where he shot himself in the heart in front of his wife.".
