Eller born Dresden, March 22, 1943. Drafted January 1940, wounded in France; after recuperation sent to Russia, declared missing January 23, 1943. Search division of German Red Cross recently found from Russian records that he died in a camp near Starobelsk April 4, 1943.Member of BRC, Berliner Ruder Club, Wannsee; also pariticpated successfully as crew member in fours in Henley Regattas.".
