Some of Martin's greatest finds include an 1871 Mort Rogers score card which was scored with a game between the Boston and Washington clubs played in Cincinnati, Ohio on July 4, 1871. Also on this date the former players of the famous Red Stockings team formed as a team one last time for the fans of Cincinnati.Martin was a contributor to Baseball in Columbus / Vintage Base Ball by James R. Tootle.
