Delegates from each congregation meet in convention every three years to elect the district president, vice presidents, circuit counselors, a board of directors, and other officers. Rev. Dr. James A. Baneck was elected district president in 2009 [2] and re-elected to a second term in 2012. [3] The 57th Regular Convention was held January 18-21, 2015 in Grand Forks, ND, with the theme "Baptized for this moment", where Rev. Baneck was re-elected to a third a final term. [4]".
