As of 22 September 2011, it had been signed by the eleven member states of the Committee: Angola, Burundi, Cameroon, Chad, Democratic Republic of Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, the Central African Republic, Rwanda, the Republic of the Congo and São Tomé and Príncipe. As of 2015, Cameroon, the Central African Republic, Chad, Gabon and the Republic of the Congo have ratified the Convention. The convention must be ratified by one additional state to enter into force.".
