He was an assistant professor of psychology at University of Illinois.He graduated from Meadville Lombard Theological School in 2004 with a Master of Divinity degree.Tittle wrote the "Keep the Faith" online column at the Houston Chronicle until 2010 when he moved to New Jersey.In 2013, Tittle moved to New Zealand to be a Unitarian minister at Auckland's Unitarian Universalist church. Tittle officiated the first same-sex marriage in New Zealand, at the church on August 18, 2013.As of 2015 he is listed as a faculty member in School of Undergraduate Studies Department of Psychology at Capella University.".
