During Persian Constitutional Revolution, the tribe's head, Amir Arshad, supported the revolutionary forces against the Chalabianlu tribe and their allies, who, under the leadership of Rahimkhan Chalabianloo, had been the major supporters of the deposed Mohammad Ali Shah Qajar.".
