Its awardees include Juan Prim, Juan de la Cruz Mourgeón, Francisco de Albear, José Enrique Varela Iglesias, Francisco Serrano y Domínguez, Frederick Thomas Pelham, Francisco Franco Bahamonde and Mohamed Meziane.".
