His short story collection, Marichavar cinema kaaNukayaaNu (The Dead are Watching Movies) received the Kerala Sahitya Academy Award in 2013.He has published eight books, which includes six collections of short stories. He has worked at Chandrika and Indian Express daily newspapers and in Pen books. Now he is residing at Keezhmaad, Aluva.".
