There are also some few Old Orders listed as hosts. The hosts tend to be concentrated in areas, where there are traditionally many Mennonites of Swiss and South-German ancestry. The largest concentration of hosts is in Pennsylvania. On other continents there are only a few hosts with the exception of Germany, the Netherlands and Switzerland. The list of hosts is not online, it is only available as a booklet.To participate as guest one must buy the directory for 45 US$. Guests in the U.S. and Canada are expected to donate per night $10.00 per adult, $2.00 per child and if breakfast is offered, $2.00 per meal, unless otherwise noted in the hosts' listing.".
