In 2005, Greene was voted by peers in the bar as one of the top ten attorneys in San Diego county in the area of Intellectual Property Law. In 2009, Greene tied for first place in the annual bar-sponsored charity comedy contest \"Laf-off\" (\"Lawyers are Funny\").".
