Glick played two seasons in the NFL for the Cardinals franchise, starting in 1959 when the team was in Chicago, as well as the following year when the team relocated to St. Louis. He went on to play six seasons in the American Football League, starting with the Houston Oilers in 1961, when they won their second consecutive AFL Championship. Glick was an AFL All-Star in 1962, 1963, and 1964. In a 1962 game against the Buffalo Bills, he was credited with 27 tackles, which may be an AFL single game record.
