Morgridge currently serves as the vice president of the Morgridge Family Foundation, one of the largest in the Rocky Mountain region.Since 2010, Morgridge and her husband John have focused the philanthropic focus of the foundation on science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) education, including the installation of interactive white boards in classrooms and other community centers across the State of Colorado. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees at the University of Denver, the Denver Museum of Nature and Science and NJCTL board for Progressive Math Initiative (PMI) and Progressive Science Initiative (PSI). Morgridge has been publicly recognized for her work at National Jewish Hospital and Denver Academy. Morgridge graduated Suma Cum Laude from the International Academy of Design and Technology.In November 2015, John and Carrie Morgridge were honored with the Hope Award, from Tony LaRussa's Animal Rescue Foundation (ARF).
