He made 10 further first-class appearances, the last of which came against the Marylebone Cricket Club in 1933. In his 11 first-class matches for Kent, he took 18 wickets at an average of 32.55, with best figures of 4/31.He later played for Durham in the 1938 Minor Counties Championship, playing two matches against Northumberland and Staffordshire.
