Ennis wrote the music for the 6 1/2 minute, mini-musical presentation in the Great Fire exhibit at the new MOHAI museum (2013) in Seattle. She is currently co-writing 12 songs for the animated feature film Vincent The Artist with film composer Hummie Mann. She teaches classes on songwriting and music business at Shoreline Community College near Seattle, Washington and serves as President of the Pacific Northwest Chapter of the Recording Academy.".
