The European Parliamentary Research Service, which he heads, encompasses the Members' Research Service, Library, Historical Archives, and transparency and citizens' enquiries services of the Parliament, together with its research capabilities in scientific foresight, ex-ante impact assessment, and ex-post evaluation of EU law and policy.".
