- Rosendo_Mendizabal abstract "Mandizabal, the first artist of the tango, was born on April 21, 1868, in Buenos Aires, Argentina. At the time, his family enjoyed a healthy and prosperous economic position. Unfortunately, at the age of three, he and his brother became orphans due to the untimely death of their father. On October 25, 1897, Rosendo released his first piano piece, "La Casita" (elegant brothel) from the Basque Mary (Mary Rangolla) his tango "El Entrerriano". This was the beginning of structured tango. Structured tango, unlike the primitive examples of one or two parts, presents the three compositions that characterized the old guard. Mendizabal signed his works using the name "A. Rosendo." He usually acted as a soloist in the cottages of the Basque Mary, Laura, Old Eustatius Adelina the Brown, the Tarana (ex Hansen), the Milonga Street Mexico, the Center for ware-houseman, and so on. On some occasions, Mendizabal directed sets as the quintet that dances to the Hall Saint Martin (Rodriguez Peña 344), according to Ernesto Ponzio (violin), Vincent Pecci (flute), Eusebio Aspiazu (guitar), and "Cieguito" Gaudin (unknown instrument). In addition to his best known work, "The Entrerriano", he also composed the following tango: "Don Padilla, Pillito", "Oh, How Expensive", "That's the Thing", "In the Long Run", "The Torpedo", "Soon Return", "Entre La", "Matilda", "Queen of Sheba", "Wind in it's Sails", "Tigre Hotel", " Around Here There are no Thorns", "In Light of the Lanterns", "Le Petit Parisién", "Club Z", "Don Enrique", "Alberto", "Somos Line" as well as others. Rosendo Mendizabal died on June 30, 1913. Despite his short life, he produced the longest career of tango: "The Entrerriano," still appears in the repertoire of almost all clusters tango.".
