It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The house was completed in 1914, and was designed by Charles Bebb in the Mediterranean Revival style. The floorplan is approximately 14,000 square feet (1,300 m2). Boeing occupied the house from its completion until the 1950s, at which time he donated the property to Children's Orthopedic Hospital, now known as Seattle Children's. The hospital sold the property to John Elroy McCaw shortly after acquiring it. The house was sold again after McCaw's death in 1969."@en }
