It housed the langue of Aragon until the building of a larger Auberge d'Aragon in Valletta in the 1570s. The building was next to Auberge d'Auvergne et Provence and Auberge de France and together, these Auberges formed a compact block. Unfortunately the facade of Auberge d'Aragon has been recently altered to an extant that it is unrecognizable from the original. The Auberge was listed as a Grade 1 national monument on 22 December 2009, and it is also listed on the National Inventory of the Cultural Property of the Maltese Islands."@en }
