Amir Halevy, joined the firm in 1986. The firm specialized in capital markets in Israel and the United States, foreign investments in Israel, representation of high-technology companies in their commercial ventures, the investments of venture capital funds in Israeli companies, private offerings in Israel and the United States, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and licensing.
