The fact that Cebu International School is the only school in the Philippines that is accredited with all three organizations means that it holds a unique position within the spectrum of education offerings in the Philippines, particularly as the only fully accredited international school in the Visayas region.Cebu International School is an IB World School, offering the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP). In January 2014, after 18 months of preparation and a visit from IBO representatives in November 2013, CIS received authorisation to offer the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP).
