After the game he hugs Aoba, who slaps him then cries into his chest. In the final chapter, the morning before traveling to Koshien, Akaishi visits Akane as she recovers in the hospital, Nakanishi consoles Azuma for losing Aoba, and Aoba meets Ko at a cafe near the train station, where they talk about Wakaba's influence and then leave holding hands."@en }
