The Winklevoss twins, who sued Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg for stealing their idea, are featured in the episode. Actor Armie Hammer portrayed the twins in both The Social Network and \"The D'oh-cial Network\". This episode also features a guest appearance by talk show host David Letterman as himself, appearing in the Simpsons opening sequence.
