Sadowski later played professionally in the National Basketball League, the Basketball Association of America, and the National Basketball Association (which was formed after a merger between the first two leagues in this list).As a member of the Boston Celtics in 1947-48, Sadowski ranked third in the BAA in points per game (19.4) and was named to the All-BAA first team, made him the first ever Boston Celtics player to named All-BAA/NBA Team.
