It is a 2.5 story colonial style house with five window bays and a center chimney. Its construction is estimated to have been in 1725. It features an integral leanto section at its rear (rather than being a later addition). A number of the critical framing members of its construction are still exposed, showing workmanship that is typical of the First Period, but there are also typical Georgian period features, such as a plastered ceiling and wood paneling, and the stairway to the second floor is Georgian in character. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990."@en }
