It is located underground in the Kyōbashi neighborhood of Chūō, Tokyo. Its two platforms serve the line's two tracks. Platform 1 handles passengers bound for Sengakuji and Nishi-magome Stations. Platform 2 is for traffic toward Nihombashi and Oshiage Stations. Although transfer is not possible, passengers may walk to nearby stations on other lines. The station takes its name from Takaracho, a neighborhood that was named in 1931.
