The three-story, 330,000-square-foot (31,000 m2) building, with more than double the floor space of the existing high school, is planned for completion for the 2016-17 school year.As of the 2012-13 school year, the school had an enrollment of 1,588 students and 122.0 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 13.02:1. There were 348 students (21.9% of enrollment) eligible for free lunch and 65 (4.1% of students) eligible for reduced-cost lunch. Phillipsburg High School's enrollment is in excess of the school's capacity. To compensate for this, the Phillipsburg School District either owns or leases 31 trailers."@en }
