He served as the focal person for the Philippines' defense engagements not only in Netherlands but as well as with other countries in Europe. During his ambassadorship, the Philippines marked a milestone by officially becoming the 70th member of the Hague Conference on Private International Law and the 111th member of the Permanent Court of Arbitration. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Armed Forces & Police Savings and Loan Association Inc. (AFPSLAI) from May 2012 to September 2013."@en }
