In March 2010 a group called "Concerned Democrats in Ebonyi State" petitioned for the immediate recall of Ucha from the Senate alleging he had failed to serve his constituency either as a member of the State Assembly or as a Senator.The group also accused Ucha of fanning the embers of the crisis with the "massive war chest he has stockpiled as chairman of the senate’s elitist" Committee for Works."@en }
