He attended the Third Kharkiv Gymnasium, graduating with a gold medal in 1913. He was one of the founders (with Grigory Petnikov and Nikolay Aseyev) of the publishing house Liren (Лирень). Byben, his first issue, was published in the summer of 1914.Bozhidar committed suicide by hanging on September 7, 1914 in a forest near Kharkiv.The second issue of Byben and his prosody tractate were published posthumously."@en }
