Because of this, he is known as \"Doctor Pi\".Slyusarchuk defrauded two Ukrainian presidents: Viktor Yushchenko and Viktor Yanukovych. In the Verkhovna Rada (the Ukrainian Parliament), his activities were called \"the largest-scale fraud in Ukraine's 20 years of independence\". On 14 February 2014, the Sykhiv Raion Court sentenced Slyusarchuk to eight years in prison."@en }
