As a result, he earned a place in the following week's WGC-Bridgestone Invitational and was therefore unable to defend his Reno-Tahoe Open title. The RBC Canadian Open win also allowed Piercy entry into 2013 Masters Tournament, his first. Also in 2012, he was runner-up at the WGC-HSBC Champions in China. In 2013, he finished 3rd at the Waste Management Phoenix Open, T-5th at the PGA Championship and Byron Nelson Championship, and reached round of 16 at the WGC-Accenture Match Play Championship.In the 2014 PGA Tour season, Piercy had an arm injury and was out for five months. In his return, he had a best result of T-12 at the Wyndham Championship. In the 2015 PGA Tour season, he finished 7th at the Shriners Hospitals for Children Open, 2nd at the Sony Open in Hawaii, 10th at the Shell Houston Open. In July, he won the inaugural Barbasol Championship, his first victory since 2012."@en }
