Her discography consists of 12 studio albums, one live album, three compilation albums and 50 singles.Spending about seven years in Nashville, following arranging a demo tape, McBride was signed to RCA Nashville Records in 1991. In 2003, she released her sixth album, Martina which featured the singles "This One's for the Girls" and "In My Daughter's Eyes." Both songs were Top 5 country hits, as well as mainstream hits on the Hot Adult Contemporary Tracks chart. Two years later McBride released her first album of cover versions entitled Timeless. In 2007, McBride returned to contemporary country with her eighth studio album, Waking Up Laughing, which produced her first Top 10 hit since 2003 with "Anyway." McBride's final album for RCA Nashville, Shine, was released in March 2009, and yielded three Top 20 hits. Her first album following her departure from RCA Nashville, Eleven, was released in October 2011 via Republic Nashville. Everlasting, a covers album of soul and R&B songs, was her first independent release in April 2014.Since her debut, McBride has had nearly all of her albums certified by the RIAA.
