The Bird and the Bee was signed to Blue Note Records and has released three studio albums and four extended plays to date with success within the indie music community.From 2007, Kurstin continued to write and produce tracks for recording acts, such as Kylie Minogue, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Sia, and Little Boots, before achieving success in the British music industry for producing Allen's entire studio album It's Not Me, It's You in 2009. His work on It's Not Me, It's You, particularly the single "The Fear", has earned him he won three Ivor Novello Awards and a Grammy Award nomination for Non-Classical Producer of the Year. He continued to produce records for artists such as Stardeath and White Dwarfs, Devo, Kesha, and Foster the People along with reuniting with his previous collaborators such as Minogue, Ellis-Bextor, and Sia, before achieving a wider international prominence for his work on Kelly Clarkson's studio album Stronger in 2011. His work on Stronger, particularly the single "Stronger (What Doesn't Kill You)", has earned him Grammy Award nominations for the coveted Record of the Year and Song of the Year. Beginning 2012, he continued to producing for artists such as The Shins, Pink, Kesha, Tegan and Sara, Dido, and Katy Perry, before reuniting with Clarkson in producing her entire studio album Wrapped in Red at the end of 2013.
